Booking: All appointments are available to be booked online , pre-booked at your appointment, or by calling our receptionists at 410-750-7270 ! The salon software utilized is Aura, which will send you reminders about your appointment- please confirm your appointment when your reminders prompt you to.

Cancellations & No-Shows: A generous amount of time is dedicated to each guest, so ample notice when you have to cancel or reschedule is greatly appreciated. We ask for at least 48 hours notice. This allows us to accommodate our waiting list and ensure our livelihood. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in a 50% charge of the canceled appointment. If cancellations become a re-occurrence, we may ask for payment in order to secure future appointments. All no-shows will require the missed appointment to be paid in full in order to schedule a new appointment.   

If you are running late to your appointment please let me know ASAP by emailing me. If you’re going to be 10 minutes or later, please be aware this is cutting into your appointment time and likely will result in your appointment being cancelled.

Returns & Refunds: Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for store credit. Returns are not accepted on makeup, accessories, brushes or travel size products. We do not offer refunds on services and will happily provide an alternative solution if you are not completely satisfied with a service. If you experience a reaction to any product or service, please call us immediately.

Children: It is our goal to provide a relaxing and calming experience for all guests. Due to safety concerns and space limitations, we do not allow children on the styling floor during their guardian's appointment.

You and I will then collaborate and consult together to determine the best fit for you, your lifestyle and health of your hair.

If you’re visiting me for a color service for the first time (see the consultation form below), you will have a custom color blended just for you! Your formula will be recorded in my guest database- so it will always be ready and waiting for you!

Each haircut is custom cut to to fit your face shape, lifestyle and overall goals. Every haircut is perfected and refined to ensure it compliments your specific hair type. I’ll always share tips and tricks on styling with products and tools.

Before your visit ends, I’ll give you a few recommendations to keep your look fresh at home and we’ll set up your next appointment!

Disclaimer: If you are unhappy with your hair I ask that you let me know within 7 days of your appointment. My goal is for you to fall in love with your hair. So, if you aren’t, I want to make it right! With that being said, not achieving your final look in one session when during your consultation we discussed that it would take multiple sessions does not constitute a “redo” or adjustment. Your husband, wife, mom, aunt, granny or neighbor disliking your new hair does not constitute a redo either.
